A new standard for premium urban living is taking shape in Prague with the Hagibor project, a modern and sustainable district developed by CRESTYL. The residential part of the project emphasizes comfort, timeless design, and high-quality building materials, creating an ideal environment for comfortable living. The Hagibor Gamma building now welcomes its first residents to 138 premium apartments, where sophisticated architecture and innovative design are enhanced by high-performance AGC glass.
High-Performance Glazing for Uncompromised Comfort
The windows at Hagibor Gamma were specified with energy efficiency and comfort in mind. By utilizing advanced double and triple glazing from AGC, the building achieves outstanding thermal insulation. This smart combination of iplus coated glass and Stratobel laminated safety glass keeps interiors comfortable all year round while significantly reducing energy costs. For areas requiring privacy, Matelux acid-etched glass was used to provide diffused light.
Elegance and Safety for Balconies
Each of the 138 apartments features a private balcony or terrace fitted with partitions made from Stratobel 1010.2 laminated safety glass. For added privacy, some partitions use Stratobel Arctic Snow. In total, 1,350 m² of laminated safety glass was used across the project, ensuring all residents can enjoy their outdoor space with an added layer of safety and elegance.
A Modern Tribute to City Living
The Hagibor Gamma project shows how glass can define the character of a residential building. Through a carefully selected range of products, AGC provided a complete solution that addresses the needs of modern residents: energy efficiency, natural light, safety and aesthetics.
