Zaryadye is an urban park adjacent to the Red Square in Moscow. The 78,000 m² park was developed by an international consortium led by the American studio ‘Diller Scofidio + Renfro’.

The concept conveys the idea of ‘natural urbanism’ and defies clear-cut categorization. It is at same time a park, an urban plaza, a social space, a cultural hub and a recreational area.

Voshod means Sunrise. The unusual glass facade and transparent ceiling of this restaurant let the sun in to create a magical atmosphere.

The toughened glass has an Energy Plus T magnetron coating that boasts perfect insulation and solar protection.

The roof is integrated into the walking area from where visitors have a picturesque view of the Vasilevsky Descentr and the Kremlin.
