Short biography
Klara has been working at AGC since 2001 and, for the past six years, has been involved in our online business as a project manager for the AGC Store, our online webshop where customers can find everything they need to install decorative glass. She has years of expertise in decorative glass and is currently a decorative glass consultant for Glastetik – a network of decorative glass processors and installers– in the Czech Republic.

The range of products on the AGC Store may not be huge, but they have been carefully selected and are backed up by extensive testing processes.
The FIX-IN bonding solution is definitely our bestseller, but the AGC Store offers much more than that: cleaning kits, SAFE+ safety films in cut sizes, samples, detectors and touch-up paints to name just a few. With every new product we try to respond to our customers’ feedback and needs.”
”Some customers were reluctant to install our Matelux and Matelac acid-etched glass as they feared it would be very difficult to clean fingerprints and stains off the glass. That’s why we developed the FIX-IN cleaning kit, comprising a glass spray and a special sponge. The product is very popular and this feedback is really valuable to us.
I’ll give you another example. Several customers dealing with big projects asked us to provide FIX-IN SL silicone in packaging bigger than 310 ml because they needed to save a lot more time during installation. The new 600 ml packaging is the perfect solution for them. They can work fast without building up loads of empty cartridges, just a small pile of empty aluminium bags.
Finally, we recently added the option of purchasing 10 x 15 cm glass samples in response to growing demand from our customers. Architects and design studios, traders and installers would like to be able order the full portfolio of decorative samples for their materials collection or showrooms. We’ve already received several orders since the launch and more are coming in every day.
