The Screen - Tunis

The Screen is a bold new landmark located in the Tunisian capital’s prestigious Les Berges du Lac 2 business district. Designed by ARK-architecture and AUDA, this vibrant contemporary project blends cutting-edge architecture with Mediterranean elegance while setting new standards in innovation, sustainability and workplace comfort.
The building boasts ten floors of fully modular office space, two basement levels for parking and technical facilities, and a rooftop oasis dedicated to relaxation and dining, complete with a spacious terrace offering breathtaking 360° views of the city. Six panoramic lifts connect the floors, ensuring both convenience and an unbroken visual connection to the city.
With its abundant natural light courtesy of Stopsol Supersilver Clear floor-to-ceiling glazing and Energy 65/41 high-performance glass perfectly suited to the local climate, The Screen creates a bright, comfortable indoor environment that enhances the productivity and well-being of its occupants. In addition, Stopray Smart was used to glaze the roof of the rear part of the project.
Aesthetically, the building has been meticulously sculpted. The main entrance, marked by an imposing glass structure (Energy 65/41), is backed by a double-inclined reinforced concrete wall clad in fluorescent yellow HPL panels, which are also used to cover a distinctive structural element that juts out from the main facade in a cantilever and houses an olive tree, paying homage to Tunisia's agricultural heritage and adding a touch of greenery to the composition.
As a worthy long-listed nominee for the European Union’s Mies van der Rohe Awards 2024 and Archdaily Building of the Year 2025, The Screen is not just an office building, but a forward-looking hub for business, where flexibility, functionality and audacious design combine to redefine the future of work in Tunisia.
