Paddington Square is a landmark mixed-use development situated in the heart of West London Standing at 18 storeys, it offers Grade-A office space across 14 upper floors, alongside retail and hospitality units at ground floor level. Completed in 2024, the building was designed by the world-renowned Renzo Piano Building Workshop (RPBW) — the architect practice behind iconic structures such as The Shard.

With a technically sophisticated façade, consisting of a double-skin unitised curtain wall system, the glass specifications play an important role in helping to achieve the aesthetic and energy performance requirements of the façade. The use of Clearvision low-iron glass with ipasol Bright White coating offers a light, highly transparent appearance. The façade was manufactured and installed by specialist contractor Focchi Group.

Paddington Square has achieved a BREEAM 'Excellent' certification. A fantastic addition to London’s skyline, combining the best of architectural vision, façade engineering excellence, and expertise in glass.
